We source our ingredients locally and buy according to the season. (In fact, we pick most of our fruit by hand.) For this reason, our menu is always changing.

You might find citrus strawberry-rhubarb in the spring, peach and red plum in the summer, and bourbon-apple crumble in the fall. It all depends on what’s available that week!
